About SOAR

Established in 2020, the Synpulse Outstanding All-Rounder Award (SOAR) aims to encourage full-time undergraduates from the School of Information Systems to strive and achieve academic and leadership excellence.

Who are we looking for?

The SOAR award is given to a selected graduating student who best meets the following criteria:

  • Outstanding leadership skills with significant contributions demonstrated in co-curricular activities and/or community at large
  • Excellent academic achievements
  • Good oratorical skills

The selected student will be awarded at the end of their first semester in their penultimate year:

  • Cash prize of SGD $1500
  • Advance Synpulse career placement

As a firm supporter of home-grown talents, Synpulse is committed in identifying and developing next generation consultants to join our family and grow our global consulting practice. Other applicants shortlisted by SMU will also be provided to exclusive invitations to industry workshops and Synpulse events.

BMC

Basic Management Consulting School

As the first main school, the BMC 1 introduces the consultants to topics in Business Analysis, Consulting, IT, Change Management, Interpersonal Skills and more. The school serves also as a platform for the consultants to exchange their experience and best practices.

Regional Annual Meeting

Our regional offices gather annually to align on our business strategy, engage in team building activities and have fun bonding with our colleagues in style. Past locations include Japan, Taiwan and Phuket.
Christmas

Christmas Dinner

An annual tradition, we kick back and dress up according to a selected theme to unwind together as we celebrate our achievements and promotees for the year! Employee’s partners are also invited to join in the celebration.
Aiducation

Aiducation

We have done numerous engagements with Aiducation, an international Non-Profit Organization, including the «Aiducation Mentorship Academy» where we are dedicated to nurture under privileged students from the Philippines.
